With the increasing levels of crowds of visitors on the island of Gili, the government has been doing raid on Roi beach in Gili Trawangan last year. This year it is the turn of Gili Meno and Gili Air, the control team of North Lombok regency has given the time limit for entrepreneurs in Gili Air and Meno to dismantle their own buildings that are considered violated.


A number of entrepreneurs in the two dyke (Gili Air and Meno) are apparently quite cooperative in responding to local government programs to curb the coastal roi. Prior to the implementation of controlling the buildings along the beach roi it is known they have dismantled their own buildings.

Based on the identification of violating buildings in Gili Meno there are at least 41 buildings. While in Gili Air amounted to about 93 buildings. Seeing there are some entrepreneurs who dismantle their own buildings, the North Lombok regency appreciate the positive steps.

Dengan bertambahnya tingkat keramaian pengunjung di pulau gili, pemerintah sudah melakukan penertiban pantai roi di Gili Trawangan tahun lalu. Tahun ini giliran Gili Meno dan Gili Air, tim penertiban Kabupaten Lombok Utara telah memberikan batas waktu bagi pengusaha di Gili Air dan Meno untuk membongkar sendiri bangunan yang dianggap melanggar.


Sejumlah pengusaha di dua gili (Gili Air dan Meno) rupanya cukup kooperatif menyikapi program pemerintah daerah untuk menertibkan roi pantai. Sebelum pelaksanaan penertiban bangunan disepanjang roi pantai diketahui mereka telah membongkar bangunan sendiri.

Berdasarkan identifikasi bangunan yang melanggar di Gili Meno setidaknya terdapat 41 bangunan. Sementara di Gili Air berjumlah sekitar 93 bangunan. Melihat sudah ada beberapa pengusaha yang membongkar sendiri bangunan mereka, pihak Pemkab  Lombok Utara mengapresiasi langkah positif tersebut.


Pengusaha yang sudah bongkar sendiri paling banyak di Gili Air, untuk Gili Meno sudah ada dua bangunan yang dibongkar. Langkah-langkah menjelang penertiban di dua gili tersebut hingga saat ini masih dilakukan.

Tahapan yang dilaksanakan tim yakni menggelar sosialisasi, terakhir di Gili Meno. Sementara untuk sosialisasi terakhir di Gili Air dilaksanakan pada Minggu depan. Untuk tahapan lain seperti pemasangan papan informasi dan lainnya, pemerintah sudah berikan gambaran. Untuk eksen secara penuh akan dilakukan pada minggu kedua atau ketiga. 


Dalam sosialisasi di Gili Meno ada beberapa permintaan dari pengusaha setempat. Mereka meminta supaya pembongkaran bangunan dilaksanakan secara menyeluruh termasuk bangunan yang merupakan milik pemerintah.
