Gili Trawangan, a small island that is familiar to us because of this small island has been much visited both local and foreign. Gili Trawangan, pulau kecil yang tidak asing di telinga kita karena pulau kecil ini sudah banyak yang mengunjunginya baik lokal maupun mancanegara. Pemerintah sudah memiliki rencana setelah melaksanakan penertiban bangunan tersebut, pemerintah akan membangun jalur pejalan kaki, cidomo dan sepeda untuk bisa dilalui oleh wisatawan yang berkunjung di Gili Trawangan. Oleh karena itu bangunan yang dikategorikan melanggar penertiban garis batas pantai tersebut harus membongkar bangunannya, disamping itu sekarang di pulau ini jalannya sudah sempit.


Pemerintah menyatakan bahwa anggaran untuk pembangunan jalur ini sudah ada, hanya saja pelaksanaannya tidak bisa dipastikan kapan akan direalisasikan. Tetapi yang jelas sekarang pemerintah mengupayakan penertiban bangunan yang berada di garis batas pantai Gili Trawangan terlebih dahulu.

Rencananya pelebaran jalan sekitar dua sampai tiga meter, jalan tersebut akan dibangun menggunakan paving blok. Untuk anggarannya pemerintah sudah menyiapkan dananya, jalan tersebut panjangnya sekitar satu kilometer.
